Preface 

        The monitoring, evaluation and supervision of education board, Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 has a primary duty to set the policy of quality control. Promote the quality improvement and academic standards of the school. As well as enhancing morale of all concerned sectors to improve the quality of teaching and learning and studying in order to raise the quality and standard of education in finally.

        Fiscal Year 2014, Ministry of education, defined as a year of quality development. Therefore the monitoring, evaluation and supervision of education board, Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in meeting 2/2013 held on 20 September 2013 has recommended and approved the emphasis on developing the quality of education in the fiscal year 2014 which received the information processing from fiscal year 2013. The emphasis that the Office of Basic Education board defined in the fiscal year 2014 is the development of the school context. This is for the common approach of confederate in the mutual benefit creatively to raise the quality and standard of education.

        The monitoring, evaluation and supervision of education board thank would like to thank all involved parties in synthesized information assessment to prepare for the emphasis and ask for school administrators, teachers, students supervision and educational personnel, 38 and (2) have emphasized this as a guide in the development of the quality of education in schools, creatively.

The project management results in the Fiscal Year 2013

        Supervision group, monitoring and evaluation of the education got budget in the year 2013 amounted to 5,304,175 THB to carry out the strategy to improve the quality and standards of education, development of moral and philosophy of sufficiency economy, driven towards the ASEAN Community, education management in the areas of supervision, monitoring and evaluation of education management. Quality Assurance in Education used budget of 4,359,503 baht equal to 82.19 percent out of the total budget. The targets have been developed and modified by each strategic measure indicators through every school administrators and 728 teachers. Form the learning sources of sufficiency economy, ASEAN, Buddhism way. Studying the eight group learning, averages the supervision network group into 2 schools a group in total of 26schools.Classification of quality school with excellent quality schools which can be used as a base to raise the education quality and standard total of 9schools (7.38 per cent), best quality schools can be used as a base to raise the education quality and standard total of 88schools (72.13 per cent), good quality schools use school groups and area office as a base to raise the education quality and standard total of 25schools (20.49 per cent). The operation management of the project in the fiscal year 2013 has strengths, weaknesses, and strategies to improve the project management in the fiscal year 2014 as follows.

4. Importing information to the plan to raise the academic achievement of the school's lack of efficiency or has no management as plan.

5. Supervision system of the school, some schools cannot perform in every classroom.

6. Communication policy to practice of the school cannot perform a thoroughly and coincide understanding of the teacher in the whole school to practice properly and correctly.
